HOW DO YOU DECIDE WHICH BRANDS TO STOCK?

We have years of experience working as professional dog trainers and only stock brands that we believe are high quality and good for your dog’s health.

WHEN WILL YOU HAVE ‘X’ BRAND IN STOCK?

We’re still in the process of adding our catalogue to our website.  If you want to know when a specific product or brand will be added, please send us a message at +356 7992 1209[email protected], Facebook, or Instagram.

 

Ordering & Delivery

WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED?
We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days, but we’ll message you shortly after you make an order to confirm a delivery date.  If you need something urgently just message us at +35679921209[email protected]Facebook, or Instagram and we’ll find a time that works for you.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

You can change your delivery address from the Addresses section of your account page – or just click here

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME WHEN IT’S DELIVERED?

We’ll send you a message to confirm a time for delivery that’s best for you.  If you’re not home when we deliver at your chosen time, subsequent delivery attempts are charged at €6.

WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY DELIVERY?

If you need to make any changes to your order, whether that’s switching a product or pausing a delivery, you can make those adjustments on your account page, or message us at +35679921209[email protected]Facebook, or Instagram.

 WHAT IF I’M OUT OF THE COUNTRY?

You can pause any subscriptions you might have at any time on your account page. 


Subscriptions

WHEN AM I CHARGED?

The card on your account is charged on a regular schedule in accordance with your subscriptions schedule.  That is, your card will be charged a few days before or after delivery is made.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can cancel any time from the Orders section of your account page – or just click here.  Please also let us know if there’s something you or your dog is not happy with, and we will do our best to address it.
